Shipping policy
We ship from several warehouses around the world to try and get your product to you ASAP.
Our Current Shipping Partners:
- Amazon FBA (in the USA).
- ShipBob (based in USA, ships internationally)
- UPS (based in Asia, ships internationally)
International Shipping, Duties & Unclaimed Packages Policy
Shipping & Import Duties / Taxes
Our base prices are set in USD and do not include any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by your country.
As an international customer (outside the USA), you are fully responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or carrier fees required by your local customs. These fees are collected by the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.) at the time of delivery or pickup.
Unclaimed & Abandoned Packages
Customers are responsible for being available to receive their package or arranging proper delivery instructions with the carrier when duties or taxes are due.
If a package is returned to us because:
- No one was available after all delivery attempts, or
- The customer did not claim the package from a local pickup point,
we will issue a partial refund as follows:
- Only the product value will be refunded.
- Both the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted.
If the package is abandoned (i.e., the customer does not claim it within the carrier’s hold period), no refund will be issued.
We do not offer full refunds for unclaimed or refused international packages.
We do not reship returned packages unless the customer pays the new shipping fees in advance.
We strongly recommend contacting your local carrier immediately if a delivery is missed to avoid the package being returned.
