Acrylic periodic table display: collect the elements
Great educational tools
A rare and unique set featuring element cubes for an interactive and collectible learning experience.
Our Collect the Elements Table is an eye-catching and stunning way to showcase solid metallic elements in a clear and beautiful way. Inspired by full-sized university displays, we wanted to create a unique and interactive way for you to collect and display real element samples.
In the summer of 2019, I visited a company responsible for putting together huge periodic table displays for universities and museums. Seeing the elements organized in a periodic table really brought science to life and added a dimension to science that really opened my eyes.
Here is an example of one display being prepared for the trip to a local university. It's approximately 6 feet tall and 15 feet wide!
Here's a close-up of a set installed at a local museum. Seeing samples of every element was incredibly interesting. I was in awe; I could stare at it for hours.
Initially, as a result of this trip, we created 10mm cubes with their elemental information etched on them.
Now, we're taking it to the next level by organizing the cubes on a tabletop periodic table.
With our Collect the Elements Table, you can collect real metallic elements encased in Acrylic and showcase them in a visually stunning way. This collection becomes even more interesting and engaging with the ability to examine each element up close and admire its unique properties. Spark the feeling of awe and wonder. An incredible display piece!
Our Collect the Elements Table is crafted from two high-quality acrylic plates, securely fastened together with four sturdy metal screws. The chemical information for each element is elegantly printed on one of the acrylic pieces, making it easy to identify and appreciate the properties of each individual element. Collect each element at your own pace.
