Having raised over $1.4 million in past projects, the buzz from our KILO Damascus Cube delivery was like we had never seen before. Witnessing this unique metal firsthand? Simply unparalleled. The call was loud and clear: a sphere, please! Challenge accepted and (after two years of development) delivered.
Our new masterpieces, both 1000 grams of mirror-polished Damascus Titanium.
Crafting a perfect sphere from Damascus Titanium alloy is no easy feat. Our journey began well before the cube's February launch. This is a passion project two years in the making. After thousands of hours of refinements, it takes over 33 hours to turn raw titanium into a single Damascus Titanium Sphere.
In a world rapidly transitioning to the virtual, the tangible often gets overlooked. But there's a unique satisfaction, a grounding sensation, in feeling the weight of something real, something crafted with hands and honed with dedication. Our primary purpose is to bring back that tactile connection – to provide a touchpoint that roots us in the tangible world, reminding us of the craftsmanship humanity is capable of. Our goal? To meld age-old artistry with modern engineering, creating not just a decorative piece, but a conversation starter, a symbol of dedication, and a testament to what happens when past and present meet. We envision the Kilogram Sphere to be an heirloom, passed down through generations.
Our famous mirror-polished solid steel base is included (nearly 4 pounds of 304 stainless)

Damascus steel has been a symbol of craftsmanship, durability, and beauty for centuries. Originating from ancient Syria, its wavy, water-like patterns have told tales of mighty battles and legendary warriors. In our Kilogram Sphere, we're reviving this ancient tradition, ensuring that each piece retains the unique character Damascus is known for.
To create our Kilogram Sphere, we start with the highest quality titanium – known for its strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. But crafting a perfect sphere from Damascus titanium is no simple task. Our process involves:
Even a tiny bit of air can ruin thousands of dollars of titanium and many hours of work.

In an era of mass production, our goal is to make products that last – both in terms of design and durability. By investing in a Kilogram Sphere, you're not just buying a product; you're making a statement against throwaway culture. Our production process is designed to minimize waste, and we're committed to sourcing our materials responsibly.
Each Kilogram Sphere is not just a tactile delight but also a visual masterpiece. Display it on your desk, your living room table, or your study, and it's bound to spark interest and admiration. It stands as a testament to what human hands, armed with modern tools, can achieve.
We've carefully curated a range of pledge rewards to suit all levels of support. Every backer, no matter the pledge, is instrumental in bringing the Kilogram Sphere to life.
In the heart of our workshop, the allure of age-old traditions meets modern precision. The making of the Kilogram Damascus Titanium Sphere is a dance between artisan skill and cutting-edge technology.
The process begins with layers of high-grade titanium, stacked meticulously. Under the immense pressure and heat of our specialized forge, these layers bond, creating a unique pattern reminiscent of flowing water or landscapes. It's a nod to the rich history of Damascus steel while pushing the boundaries with titanium.
Once forged, our spheres undergo a meticulous shaping process. High-precision CNC machines cut the initial form, followed by hours of hand polishing to bring out the mesmerizing patterns and ensure a flawless finish.
Each sphere is then inspected for any imperfections. Our rigorous quality checks ensure that each piece that leaves our hands is nothing short of perfect. The final touch is a protective coating to maintain its luster and prevent any tarnishing.
Beyond the machines and tools, it's our team's passion that is the true driver. Each craftsman, engineer, and designer brings a unique touch, ensuring that every Kilogram Damascus Titanium Sphere is not just a product, but a piece of art.
